My six vintage Coca-Cola crates have served me well for over 30 years, holding my beloved book collection. They go where I go and like me get reconfigured with each move. I've grow somewhat attached to them... vintage pickings of my youth :)

great post! we love old boxes and have been using them as end tables, wall decor and bookshelves for 30 years. oh lord that made me sound so old :D
Great ideas - I use an old coffee crate on wheels for a rolling storage bin, like the magazine rack above. It's very convenient & I love it!
